This page explains how to request deletion of your Hendrix Ventures account and the personal data associated with it. You can delete your account at any time directly from within the app.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
- Open the Hendrix Ventures app and sign in to the account you wish to delete.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the Profile screen.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account will be deactivated immediately.
Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us at support@hendrixventures.app from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is removed or permanently anonymized:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your saved addresses and profile details.
- Your delivery, ride, and rental history associated with your account.
- Driver application data, including any identity and vehicle information you submitted.
What Data May Be Retained
- Transaction and payment records required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations are retained for the period required by law, then permanently deleted.
- Anonymized data that can no longer be linked to you may be kept for analytics and safety purposes.
